WESLEY SILWAMBA
HR Manager   Zambian Operations

Wesley Silwamba serves as the HR Manager for Dickinson Group of Companies (DGC) in Zambia, where he leads human capital strategy, compliance, and employee relations across the Group’s industrial operations. With a Master of Laws (LLM) in Labour Law and a professional background in organisational development, Wesley brings a legal and strategic lens to workforce management.

As an Associate Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHIRM), Wesley ensures that DGC’s HR practices align with national labour legislation, including the Employment Act No. 3 of 2019. His expertise spans industrial relations, change management, employee engagement, and HR policy development.

 

Wesley’s core competencies include:
