TREVOR DICKINSON
Executive Chairman / Dickinson Group of Companies
Trevor Dickinson is the Executive Chairman of the Dickinson Group of Companies, a fifth-generation family business that delivers asset integrity management and industrial solutions across sub-Saharan Africa. With over 35 years of leadership experience in more than 60 countries, Trevor has led DGC’s expansion across the region, positioning the Group as a trusted provider to the mining, smelting, and mineral processing industries.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Wits Business School, and is a Certified Professional Business Advisor, Exit Planning Advisor, and Civil & Commercial Mediator. He is also the founder of Family Legacies, a consultancy focused on succession planning and leadership in family businesses.

HERVE KISULA
General Manager / DGC Workforce Solutions & DGC AFRICA Skills
Hervé Kisula is the General Manager of DGC Workforce Solutions and DGC AFRICA Skills. With extensive experience in workforce development and business operations, he leads the delivery of integrated workforce solutions and skills development programs across the Democratic Republic of Congo and Francophone Africa.

RIA MACPHERSON
Group HR Manager / Dickinson Group of Companies
Ria Macpherson is the Group HR Manager at Dickinson Group of Companies, bringing more than 20 years of human capital experience across diverse industries including mining, engineering, manufacturing, and hospitality. She is a dynamic HR strategist with a strong focus on organisational development, workforce optimisation, and aligning people practices with business goals. Ria plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Group’s HR operations across multiple countries in sub-Saharan Africa.

MAPALO CHINYAMA
Operations Manager / DGC Workforce Solutions
Mapalo Swala Chinyama is the Operations Manager at DGC Workforce Solutions, bringing a strong foundation in HR leadership and operational execution. After serving as HR Manager at DGC AFRICA, he transitioned into operations, where he now oversees workforce strategy and client site performance. His people-first approach, combined with a sharp eye for process improvement, continues to elevate workforce delivery across Zambia’s mining and industrial sectors.

KIZITO MUYEMBI
DRC Operations / Dickinson Group of Companies
Kizito brings over 15 years of experience across recruitment, HR operations, workforce planning, and compliance. Based in Lubumbashi, he oversees workforce solutions, HR management, and operational delivery across the region. With a strong background in human resources and industrial operations, Kizito plays a key role in aligning DGC’s services with client needs in the mining and heavy industry sectors.

WESLEY SILWAMBA
HR Manager / Zambian Operations
Wesley Silwamba is the HR Manager for Dickinson Group of Companies’ Zambian operations. With a strong background in labour law and organisational development, he oversees HR strategy, compliance, and workforce engagement across the Group’s industrial services in Zambia. Wesley is an Associate Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHIRM) and holds an LLM in Labour Law.

Recruitment Specialist / DGC Workforce Solutions
Lize Funck is the Recruitment Manager at DGC Workforce Solutions, bringing over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and recruitment, with a strong focus on the mining, production, and heavy industry sectors. As a seasoned HR Generalist, she has successfully managed retention strategies, performance management, employee development, and labour relations. Lize also brings more than 15 years of specialist experience in the placement of technical and engineering professionals.

Mitchell Dickinson drives DGC’s Workforce Solutions business across sub‑Saharan Africa, helping mining, engineering, and industrial clients secure the skilled talent they need to operate safely and efficiently. A results‑oriented business developer with deep knowledge of vendor registration, strategic partnerships, and compliance‑driven staffing models, Mitchell leads market research, client engagement, and sales execution for the Group’s rapidly growing human‑capital division.
